Investigate failures reported from turbines in field by collaborating with site technicians and design engineers. Drive root-cause analysis and identify impact on fleet Make alignment with all affected stakeholders like: Module owners, service, Construction, legal Identify short and long-term actions to reduce effect of failure Drive development of improvement solution. Testing specifications for solution.
