About the job: At Global R-Hub (Globus Learn Corp), we connect ambitious students (Grade 6 to postgraduates) with expert Ph.D. mentors and global faculty advisors to create world-class research projects. We are seeking Project Mentors in Science to guide students in producing impactful, publishable research Key responsibilities: 1. Mentor students through the full research cycle: topic selection methodology data analysis paper writing. 2. Conduct project preparation sessions, review drafts, and assist in editing/writing research papers. 3. Support shortlisting journals, preparing submissions, and guiding publication. 4. Contribute to project idea development, booklets, case studies, and explainer videos. 5. Lead 1-on-1 mentorship sessions, webinars, and parent interactions. 6. Ensure academic rigor in collaboration with global faculty advisors. Ph.D. (completed or near completion) in Physics, Chemistry, AI & Technology, Finance, or STEM. 2. Strong knowledge of quantitative/qualitative methods and domain-specific tools (Python, R, MATLAB, TensorFlow, ChemDraw, Stata, etc.). 3. Excellent communication and mentoring skills for high school and undergrad students. 4. Passion for research, teaching, and guiding young scholars. 5. Prior publication record or student mentorship experience is a strong plus.
