Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads and identify potential customers in assigned areas. Promote and sell products or services directly to customers through in-person meetings and field visits. Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends. Prepare sales reports, activity logs, and forecast reports. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Chemical preferred ITI Chemical can apply 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / Customer facing roles preferably B2B. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
