Position:- Immigration Counselor- Sr. Immigration CounselorResponsibilities:- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and develop personalized immigration strategies.- Prepare and submit immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation on behalf of clients.- Serve as a liaison between clients and government agencies, immigration courts, and other relevant entities.- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the immigration process, including attending interviews and hearings when necessary.- Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and effective counsel.- Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.Qualifications:- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the immigration field.- Knowledge of Canadian, and Australian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:- We offer a Good Salary based on how much experience you have.- Professional development opportunities.- Flexible work schedule.
