You will be responsible for growing Globalsync business by identifying opportunities, developing business relationships, lead generation, and closing sales with SME & C&I customers over the phone. Your role will involve planning allocation for the assigned field sales team to achieve lead generation, sales, and installation targets. - Achieve appointment, sales, and installation related targets and KPIs (individual and team). - Work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks without being overwhelmed. - Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide detailed information on system components, warranty, system capacity, and finance conditions to clients. - Preferably have previous experience in international telesales. - Utilize convincing skills and self-confidence to meet targets effectively. - Communicate product and service information to customers from diverse backgrounds, behaviors, and expectations. - Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong administrative, data entry, and computer skills. - Relate to the technical aspects of the process. - Generate your own leads and keep cancellation rate below 10%. - Diploma/ bachelor's degree/pursuing graduation in business/marketing/engineering preferred. - Freshers can also apply, but minimum 6 months experience is preferred. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Excel. - Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
