GSS is on a mission to create a legacy of excellence and establish a global sports family. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Andhra Pradesh, India. As a Senior Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for managing admissions processes, assisting prospective students and their families, and guiding them through the enrollment journey. You will respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, organize campus tours, and collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets. This role requires active engagement with stakeholders to promote the school and its mission while ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Interpersonal Communication to effectively interact with prospective students, families, and team members. Experience in Customer Service to provide exceptional support and address inquiries or concerns professionally. Proficiency in Sales and relationship building to achieve enrollment targets and develop long-term connections with stakeholders. A background in Education or familiarity with academic processes is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to meet admissions goals. Prior experience in an admissions or student recruitment role is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Knowledge of multilingual communication is advantageous.
