Role Overview As Head of Technology & UX, youll own and shape the end-to-end technology, engineering, and user experience strategy for GSEAMS. From building a best-in-class mobile video platform to creating creator-facing tools and intuitive interfaces, your leadership will directly impact how millions of users consume and creators contribute to next-gen storytelling. You will work closely with the founding team and take a seat at the table in strategic decisions, driving GSEAMS platform evolution at scale. Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership - Define and execute the tech roadmap across mobile apps, web, backend, and infrastructure - Lead architecture and delivery of a high-performance video streaming platform, optimized for vertical playback - Build, manage, and grow a top-tier engineering team across frontend, backend, and DevOps - Oversee implementation of AI/ML systems for content recommendation and personalization - Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and cloud-native from day one UX & Product Design - Champion a mobile-first, story-first UX philosophy across user and creator journeys - Collaborate with product and design to launch features that are cinematic, intuitive, and addictive - Drive development of creator dashboards, analytics, and monetization tools Innovation & Execution - Explore and implement emerging technologies such as Web3, interactive story formats, or gamification - Establish agile development processes and rapid prototyping culture - Integrate storytelling, entertainment, and technology into a frictionless user experience Interested? What Were Looking For Must-Haves: - 10+ years of experience in tech leadership roles, ideally in media, OTT, or mobile-first platforms - Proven success in building and scaling consumer-facing mobile/video products - Strong foundation in video infrastructure, mobile frameworks, and backend architecture - UX-first mindset with experience delivering highly engaging user experiences - Track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and fast-paced product cycles Bonus: - Experience in personalization engines or recommendation algorithms - Background in creator platforms or gamified mobile products - Exposure to interactive storytelling or Web3 monetization models Education qualification - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related technical field. - Additional certifications in UX Design, Al/ML, or Product Management are a plus.
