Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design integrity, technical accuracy, and adherence to budget/schedule. Coordinate all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration. Communicate with clients to understand their goals and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Participate in design review meetings and provide creative solutions to design and technical challenges.
