Role & responsibilities - Conduct in-house environmental monitoring (pH, Conductivity, TDS, etc.) and external monitoring (Ambient Air Quality, Stack Monitoring, Lux monitoring, Noise Monitoring, etc.) - Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including Form No. 9, 10, 11, and Thermic Fluid Heater inspection - Impart training sessions on EHS activities to subordinates and workers, including toolbox talks, Mock Drills, and EHS Committee Meetings - Celebrate EHS events (Safety Day, Environment Day, Fire Service Day) to promote EHS awareness - Prepare MIS reports (Quarterly, Monthly Oil Consumption VS Disposal Trend, Water Consumption Report) and circulate to higher authority - Ensure disposal of hazardous waste to designated authority as part of CCA Compliance - Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of ETP and STP plants, complying with CCA norms - Comply with licensing requirements and provide documents to regulatory authorities and consultants - Participate in third-party customer audits (SEDEX, BRC, BSCI, IKEA, TESCO, etc.) for EHS compliance Preferred candidate profile - BSc and MSc in Environmental - Experience in EHS management and compliance - Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards - Strong communication and training skills - Ability to prepare reports and maintain records - Experience with ETP and STP plant operations

Role & responsibilities Financial Accounting a. Assist in accounting and preparation as per the accepted accounting principles b. Preparation of weekly Cash flows and vendor payment planning and payments etc., c. Assist in timely submission of MIS (P&L, B/S and CFS) / Details to Management, Auditors, and consultants d. Inventory: RM, PM & FG Inventory checks and controls. e. Any other task assigned by reporting head. Compliances a. Responsible for compilation and preparation of monthly data for statutory payments such as TDS, PT, GST Advance Tax etc., b. Responsible for timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly data/information to company consultant for filling of returns with respective tax authorities. c. Responsible for issuance of Quarterly and Yearly TDS certificates Audit Management a. Assist in quarterly internal audits including preparation of data/documents to internal auditors. b. Assist in statutory audit including preparation of financial statements and related notes to accounts. 4. Support the Business in various Initiatives by ensuring that necessary internal controls are in place 5. Support the set-up of the IFC framework and help in the action plan implementation and improvements. Preferred candidate profile Education and Work Experience: i. 3 to 4 years of work experience ii. CA / ICWA iii. Prior experience working with a Food Processing/FMCG/Manufacturing company preferred Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: Hand on Experience with ERP systems Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Capable of critical thinking and problem solving n.
