Should guide and Mentor team of Junior Design Engineers to achieve required target and commitment to customer. 6. Should report daily status of Design / Development to senior authority. 7. Should Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, electrical, quality, and project management) to deliver optimized design solutions. 8. Should Conduct design reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives for cost, weight, and performance optimization. 9.
