ITI Mechanical Draftsman Skillset- 3d Modelling, Drawings, BOM, Concept Design, Product Design, Good Mechanical basic fundamentals. Sheetmetal, Structural drawings, welding symbols, Strong understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and material selection. Jigs & Fixture Design, BIW, SPM Design, Tool Design Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and project coordination skills Job Description- 1. Should create concept to final design of product. 2. Should take ownership of project till final submission to customer. 3. Should be able to support to Senior Designers to meet project timelines. 4. Should give support to customer while development of machine / fixtures etc. in Toolroom / shop floor. 5. Should report daily status of Design / Development to senior authority. 6. Should collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, electrical, quality, and project management) to deliver optimized design solutions. 7. Should conduct design reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives for cost, weight, and performance optimization. 8. Should Support prototype development, testing, and validation phases. 9. Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, GD&T practices, and safety regulations.
