The staff is cooperative and supportive, providing excellent service. However, the cleanliness and hygiene of the place need improvement. There were noticeable layers of dust on the couch in the seating area, which detracted from the overall experience.

It's actually authorised service centre of Sony. Went there with my earphones and got new as soon as available and as possible. Staff is nice and trained. Good service. Completely satisfied by their service.
