Role: Telemarketing Executive 📍 Location: On-site – Indore 🕒 Type: Full-time Role Description As a Telemarketing Executive at GCQS, you will be at the forefront of engaging potential clients through phone-based outreach. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our certification and training services, and schedule appointments for the business development team. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and increasing awareness of our sustainability-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and cold call databases Present GCQS certification services clearly and persuasively Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up meetings Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools Support marketing campaigns by following up on promotional leads Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume and conversions Provide customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex services in a simple and engaging way Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent Prior experience in telemarketing or customer outreach (preferred but not mandatory) Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in any discipline Why Join GCQS?
