Bought the privilege premium lounge services for two visit in 3100 rs, have to use in a year. The lounge is amazing with lots of amenities peaceful and we'll maintained. Offers tea, coffee and some snacks. No need to wait for documents submission of you buy the service. Worth it

Well the process is pretty simple it hardly takes 5 min I took premium lounge service had uploaded all documents online no extra fees were charged and the whole process was flawless

One of the worst VFS experiences I have ever had. Unfriendly staff, inordinate delays with nobody to answer the questions on timelines for processing the visa interview.i would never recommend Mumbai VFS .It is the pits with no facilities around it Please prefer other VFS if feasible.

The system of keeping people waiting outside the building in the sunlight with no shade is too bad. The service provided inside is timely. Once inside, drinking water, washroom and air conditioning is available. …
