We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, providing information about products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain products/services and their benefits to customers Generate leads and convert them into sales/appointments Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in the database Follow up regularly with interested customers Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls Requirements Good communication skills (Hindi/English as required) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM etc.) Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Prior telecalling/telesales experience is an advantage Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality Education & Experience Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred 6 Months – 1 years of experience Salary Fixed salary + incentives based on performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
