Job Description / Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation. - Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. - Monitor cash flow, forecast financial performance, and provide management with analysis. - Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance/training. - Handle taxation, audits, and statutory filings. - Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders. - Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate data and insights. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional certification (e.g., B.com , M.com) preferred. - 3+ years of proven accounting/finance experience. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
