Key Responsibilities Develop and formulate high-quality enamel paints with superior finish, durability, and performance. Manage and supervise production processes, ensuring consistency between lab formulations and large-scale manufacturing. Conduct raw material evaluation and testing to ensure compliance with quality and cost parameters. Research new raw materials, resins, pigments, and additives to enhance product performance. Collaborate with management to develop innovative products aligned with market trends and customer needs. Prepare and maintain formulation records, test reports, and technical documentation. Train and guide junior chemists and lab technicians. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in enamel paint formulation and development at a reputed paint manufacturing company. In-depth understanding of resins, pigments, solvents, and additives used in enamel paint systems. Problem-solving, and leadership skills.
