must Job Description: I am seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our institutional sales efforts in Punjab. The ideal candidate mustl have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in selling educational products or services to schools, colleges, coaching institutes a,nd other institutions. As a Sales Manager, he will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence in the assigned region. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify and target key institutional customers, including schools, colleges, universities, libraries and government colleges & organizations. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates, to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
