You are invited to join Ginger Films as a Wedding Film Editor on a contract basis. As a Wedding Film Editor, you will play a crucial role in video production, film editing, and post-production tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to craft visually stunning wedding films that capture the essence of love and exceed client expectations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from both our Bengaluru office and remotely. Your key responsibilities will include: - Editing wedding footage into cohesive 5-10 minute highlight films - Creating smooth transitions and syncing footage with music - Color grading footage to match our signature aesthetic - Mixing and balancing audio from ceremonies, speeches, and vows - Meeting deadlines consistently while upholding high quality standards - Maintaining effective communication regarding project status and creative decisions To excel in this role, you should possess: - 2+ years of experience in editing wedding or event videos - Expertise in Film Editing and Post-Production - Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve - Strong storytelling abilities and a creative eye - Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Previous experience in the wedding industry is advantageous - A Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred - Exceptional time management skills - Ability to work independently with a portfolio showcasing wedding editing experience.
