Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales – Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with corporate clients seeking impactful gifting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry databases, and digital channels. Build a robust sales pipeline. Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to pitch Giftogram.in’s offerings to HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Admin decision-makers. Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate gifting solutions aligned with their budget and goals. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in a consultative sales approach. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery. Market Feedback: Gather insights from clients and share feedback with internal teams to improve product offerings and strategy. Key Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in corporate gifting, SaaS, or service-based B2B industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective gifting solutions. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with the corporate gifting ecosystem or HR/Employee Engagement landscape is a plus.
