About the Opportunity Role: Gift Cards - Corporate Channel Level: Deputy Manager/Manager Reporting To: Zonal Manager Location: Gurgaon About the function: MyBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip provides a customizable, realtime self-booking system which seamlessly integrates into a companys structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings and the power of choice. Over last 5 years, they have onboarded 50000+ prominent corporates which are availing the benefits of our seamless platform, along with significant savings. About the role: The role involves driving growth for the Gift Cards business through managing distribution channels, P&L, and sales. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across key teams and oversee operations like issuance and corporate program rollouts. Additionally, you will lead B2C direct sales and contribute to product planning and new launches. Skills you will bring to the table: Distribution Channel Management: Oversee and optimize affiliate, direct web, and corporate distribution channels. P&L & Revenue Ownership: Manage the P&L and revenue targets for the Gift Cards business, ensuring profitability and growth. Sales Growth: Identify and unlock new channels of distribution to drive increased gift card sales. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align and collaborate with key stakeholders from Flights, Hotels, and GT to ensure successful LOB buy-ins and project execution. Operations Management: Oversee gift card issuance, corporate program rollouts, and manage customer escalations, working closely with CCG and Payments teams. B2C Direct Sales: Lead B2C direct sales initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing and Alliances teams to drive revenue. Product Planning & Innovation: Contribute to product planning for growth by launching new offerings for MMT Direct and Corporate Sales Qualification & Experience Masters degree from a reputed institute with 5- 8 years of experience in sales/Travel Trade/ Key Account Management/ Contracting/B2B Sales. Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power-point. Key Success Factors for the Role Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills. High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential.
