Job Summary Web Content Update Assistant: Responsible for assisting with the updating, review, maintenance, and basic data checks of content on the company website, internal platforms, and related digital channels. This position does not require a complex technical background and is suitable for junior candidates who are meticulous, have strong execution skills, and are interested in internet content management. Responsibilities Responsible for the daily content updates of website pages, including copywriting modification, image replacement, and link updates. Upload, edit, and publish content in the CMS (Content Management System) according to editorial or operational requirements. Perform regular inspections of website content, such as checking for typos, formatting issues, and broken links. Assist in maintaining the content directory structure, ensuring consistency in categories, tags, and naming conventions. Assist in updating version history documents to ensure that each update is traceable. Responsible for simple image processing, such as cropping, compression, and format conversion (templates are available for reference). Communicate with the design, product, and operations teams to meet requirements and execute update tasks as instructed. Assist in monitoring basic changes in website data (traffic, click-through rate, etc.) and provide simple reports. Compare content versions across different channels to ensure consistency and compliance. Support ad-hoc content tasks, such as launching event pages and updating holiday specials. Requirements: Associate's degree or above, any major (journalism, communication, design, computer-related majors preferred). Attentive, patient, with strong execution and responsibility skills. Familiar with basic office software (Word, Excel) and common web page content formats. Knowledge of basic CMS operations is a plus (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, internal CMS, etc.). Simple image processing skills (Photoshop/Canva/Figma proficiency is a plus). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred, but not required. Good communication skills, able to accurately execute update tasks according to requirements. Some English reading ability is preferred (for understanding tool interfaces or foreign language content).
