We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Accountant & Auditor responsible for maintaining complete financial accuracy and operational compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting entries including inward/outward, purchase, sales, expenses, and cash flow. Ensure strict compliance with GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and statutory filings. Conduct daily inventory tracking as per BOM, maintain stock ledgers, and perform regular physical stock verification. Prepare and process purchase orders, vendor bills, and reconciliation statements. Audit daily sales, consumption, wastage, and verify every financial transaction down to the last rupee. Identify discrepancies, prevent leakages, and maintain transparent documentation. Prepare periodic MIS, stock reports, and coordinate with management for controls and forecasting. Requirements Strong accounting knowledge (Tally/ERP preferred). Experience in compliance, audits, and inventory systems. High integrity, zero-tolerance for error or manipulation, and strong analytical skills.
