Roles and Responsibilities • Operations Management: Lead and oversee the execution of GHE’s projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness and quality outcomes. Build and coordinate with field teams, logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely project execution • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with GHE’s mission and growth objectives. Identify new opportunities for expansion and collaboration to enhance GHE’s impact. • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor field and office teams to enhance productivity, professional development and project execution. Establish a culture of innovation, ownership and collaboration. • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with SHGs, youth, artisans and village stakeholders. Produce high-quality reports, proposals and project documentation. • Training, Skilling & Entrepreneurship Support: Oversee training and skilling programs and capture the impact of the soft skill development • Process Optimization: Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability of operations.
