Role Description · Oversee day to day Sales / Operations , Assignee Monthly / Quarterly Performance Gole to the team and ensure their compilation , and archive your own APO · Sales and its Achievement · Creating customer wise Budgets for all branches under your Area · Weekly review of all branches to monitor budget vs actual performance along with the concerned staff there · Maintain project timelines to ensure goals are achieved effectively · Ensuring that recoveries and daily sales outstanding (DSO) is kept at the targeted level · Ensuring that all branch cash remittances are in compliance · Ensuring maintenance of service levels for deliveries and collections · Optimal use of Manpower and insuring that manpower productivities is maintained in your area as per your bench mark · Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build business · Papering and presenting service monthly service review of top customers and ensuring same is done by all branches in charge in your area
