Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Noida. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online presence and engagement. Qualifications Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Proficient communication and writing skills for crafting engaging posts and responses Expertise in developing effective content strategies Strong analytical skills to measure social media performance and identify improvement areas Experience in brand management and digital marketing strategies is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
