Inside Account Engagement & Brand Strategy Intern Location: Remote (WorldWide) Start Date: Immediate Duration: 3 Months Role Overview As our Inside Account Engagement & Brand Strategy Intern, you’ll seamlessly blend strategic brand thinking with tactical account management, leveraging generative AI tools (agents, design, copy, content) to accelerate both brand growth and sales outcomes. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in CRM platforms, pitch‑deck design, and brand stewardship—an immersive launchpad for any future career in marketing, branding, or business development. Brand Strategy: · You will spearhead end‑to‑end brand strategy—defining brand identity, refining brand positioning and value propositions, managing and evolving brand assets, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across ReXumeX, Zenso Interiors, Gethired Digital, and Z to build lasting equity with U.S. audiences. · Analyze competitor branding strategies, compile inspiration decks, and translate insights into actionable brand enhancements. Simultaneously, you will own inside account engagement & CRM strategy, where you will: · You'll manage U.S. account pipelines end-to-end in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and HubSpot—handling lead scoring, nurturing, and deal closures. Your role includes conducting inbound and outbound outreach, coordinating meetings, and preparing tailored pitch decks to drive conversions and foster long-term client relationships. Client Touchpoints & Relationship Building: Conduct personalized outreach via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social DMs; curate timely cadences that nurture prospects toward conversion. Generative AI : · You’ll lead the execution of our Generative AI strategy—designing pitch decks, prototyping AI agents, and creating high-conversion content using GPT, Midjourney, and other AI tools. Your role also includes campaign rollout, A/B testing, and performance optimization to continuously enhance engagement. Consumer Psychology: Understanding what drives U.S. and international audiences—cultural nuances, purchase drivers, and brand loyalty triggers. 4. Global Mobility & Cultural Agility (non-negotiable or Must have) Valid Passport & Travel‑Ready : While 100% remote, you must be prepared to travel to MENA, USA, or EU regions to engage customers, partners, or investors based on client requirement.
