Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics

Experience: Freshers

Suryalogix Pvt. Ltd. specializes in renewable energy monitoring and control solutions, primarily for solar power plants. Its solutions include solar monitoring systems, data loggers, SCADA integration, power plant control, and cloud-based monitoring platforms.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and remote access.

· Troubleshoot solar inverters, energy meters, data loggers, and monitoring devices.

· Support installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of solar monitoring systems.

· Integrate inverters, HT/LT meters, and field devices with monitoring platforms.

· Troubleshoot RS485, Modbus RTU/TCP, LAN, Ethernet, and network communication issues.

· Monitor device connectivity and data availability on the cloud portal.

· Assist with solar site surveys, commissioning activities, and technical troubleshooting.

· Prepare site survey reports, commissioning reports, and technical documentation.

· Coordinate with project, engineering, and customer support teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Technical Skills

· Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical and electronic systems, inverters, and energy meters.

· Understanding of RS485, Modbus, LAN, Ethernet, IP addressing, and network switches.

· Basic knowledge of SCADA, data loggers, and remote monitoring systems is an advantage.

· Ability to read electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).

· Good troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
