Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our online presence, lead-generation campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be strong in social media, content creation, performance marketing, and must have basic knowledge of AI tools to improve productivity and creativity. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Increase engagement and followers organically. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions. 2. Content Creation & Coordination Develop creative ideas for posts, videos, reels, stories, and blogs. Coordinate with designers and videographers for high-quality content. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging. 3. Performance Marketing Create and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns. Optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Track daily performance and implement improvement strategies. 4. SEO & Website Management Implement basic on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Update website content, banners, landing pages, and forms. Monitor site analytics and user behavior. 5. Lead Generation & Funnel Management Execute digital strategies for quality lead generation. Track lead flow, manage data, and coordinate with admissions/sales teams. Improve funnel conversion with data insights. 6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Create and schedule email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements). Manage WhatsApp broadcast messages and automation. 7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Track competitor activities, ad strategies, and content trends. Identify new digital opportunities related to education and hospitality. 8. Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance through Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM dashboards, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports. 9. Branding & Reputation Management Build and maintain strong digital brand presence. Monitor online reviews and manage reputation across platforms. 10. Team Coordination Collaborate with academic, admissions, and management teams. Support events, webinars, student activities, and photo/video documentation. 11. AI Tool Knowledge (Mandatory) Working knowledge of ChatGPT for content ideas, captions, emails, and scripts. Proficiency in Canva / Canva AI for graphic design and social media creatives. Basic familiarity with digital marketing AI tools such as: Meta Advantage+ Google AI optimization Automation tools (Zapier / Make) Scheduling tools (Buffer, Creator Studio) Skills Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of social media platforms Basic to intermediate understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads SEO fundamentals Content writing and creative ideation Experience with Canva or similar design tools Understanding of CRM dashboards and analytics tools Basic video editing knowledge (added advantage) AI & Automation Skills ChatGPT usage for content creation Canva AI tools for image/video generation Awareness of modern AI trends in digital marketing Ability to use basic automation tools to improve productivity Soft Skills Creativity and attention to detail Good communication (written & verbal) Time management and ability to meet deadlines Analytical thinking and problem-solving Team coordination and project management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills can be considered).
