Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Standalone Financial Statements quarterly and annually, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - Generate Cash Flow Statements, Notes, and Schedules in accordance with regulations. - Manage QuickBooks accounting for international subsidiaries and oversee financial statement preparation. - Perform monthly reconciliation of investments in shares, mutual funds, and fixed deposits. - Liaise with auditors for quarterly and annual audits, prepare Tax Audit Reports, and ensure SOPM compliance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA preferred. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting. - Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS. - Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools. - Experience in multi-entity accounting and investment tracking. - Excellent communication and coordination skills for audit and compliance. - Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
