Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer with expertise in sheet metal fabrication to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee manufacturing processes, ensure efficient production, and manage project costing to meet quality and budgetary goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimize sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and welding. Develop and maintain accurate project cost estimates, including materials, labor, and overhead. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Monitor production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and production engineering. Strong knowledge of costing methodologies and budget management for fabrication projects. Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
