Job description: IT Sales Intern (Business Development) Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai (On-site/Field) Stipend: ₹5,000 /month + Performance-based Incentives Duration: 4 Months The Opportunity Are you a natural communicator who loves technology? We are looking for an IT Sales Intern to join our Business Development team. This is not a desk-bound job—it is a front-line role where you will learn how to sell high-value IT solutions like CRM, ERP, Web Development, and Custom Apps . If you want to build a career in Corporate Sales (B2B), this internship will give you the real-world experience of closing deals and managing clients. What You Will Do Lead Generation: Identify and find new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and data mining. Client Engagement: Visit potential clients and conduct meetings to present our IT/ITES service portfolio. Solution Consulting: Understand a client’s business pain points and recommend the right software or service (App, Website, or ERP). Sales Lifecycle: Learn to manage the full sales funnel—from the first "Hello" to the final handshake/closing. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the sales database. Target Achievement: Work toward monthly targets to gain experience in high-pressure, high-reward sales environments. Team Coordination: Work closely with our technical team to ensure a smooth transition once a client is onboarded. Who You Are The Communicator: You can speak confidently in English. The Hustler: You aren't afraid of cold calling or meeting new people. Tech-Savvy: You understand the basics of what a Website, CRM, or App does for a business. The Local: You are comfortable traveling within Navi Mumbai/Mumbai for client meetings.
