Job Title: Abroad Admission Counsellor - UG PG Admissions Process Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Experience Required: 1–5 Years Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6:30 PM] CTC: 2:40 LPA Reporting To: Manager/Head of Admissions Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Abroad Admission Counsellor to guide students through the entire admission process for international universities and colleges. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of global education systems (Europe, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.), and the ability to manage multiple student profiles efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Guide students and parents through the admission process for higher education abroad. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about courses, universities, fees, application deadlines, scholarships, visa processes, etc. Shortlist appropriate universities/colleges based on the student’s academic background, interests, and financial capability. Assist students with SOPs, LORs, resume building, and application documentation. Coordinate with university representatives and conduct webinars or sessions for students. Track the application process from start to finish, including follow-ups, offer letters, and visa documentation. Maintain regular communication with students and ensure timely support. Meet monthly targets related to admissions, conversions, and counseling sessions. Maintain a student database and provide timely reports to the management. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a student-first approach. Familiarity with global education systems, especially in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, or related fields). 1–5 years of experience in overseas education counseling or a similar domain. Candidates with experience in handling university tie-ups and visa processes will have an added advantage. Preferred Qualities: Enthusiastic and self-motivated. Empathetic with strong problem-solving skills. Target-driven and team player. Multilingual capabilities are a plus. Show more Show less
