Job Description Recruit, manage, and develop the Health Insurance Agency channel Handle existing agents and ensure continuous engagement Identify, onboard, and activate new agents to expand the agency network Plan and execute local sales schemes, contests, and engagement programs for agents Ensure agent productivity, performance tracking, and retention Conduct training sessions for agents on products, sales processes, and compliance Manage the complete agent lifecycle from onboarding to performance management Drive brand visibility through roadshows and field promotional activities Ensure zero discrepancies , proper documentation, and high customer service standards Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager/HOD Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer support
