The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying SME and Young Entrepreneurs willing to Setup their new business in UAE or Expanding their Existing business in UAE, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include creating marketing plans, delivering exceptional customer service, providing sales training to teams, and managing end-to-end sales processes. The role also involves contributing to the team’s overall growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and innovative sales techniques. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in providing Training to sales teams and driving team collaboration and performance. Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth. Knowledge of the local market in Dubai and familiarity with UAE business practices are advantageous. Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
