The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate base maps, digitizing property boundaries, and ensuring reliable GIS data for land and property records. Key Responsibilities: Ø Collect, process, and manage spatial data for property surveys. Ø Prepare and update GIS base maps with property boundary details. Ø Support survey teams with accurate digitization and mapping. Ø Verify field survey data with GPS/Total Station inputs. Ø Ensure high accuracy in cadastral and land mapping projects. Qualifications & Skills: Ø Bachelor’s degree/diploma in GIS, Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. Ø Experience in property/land survey mapping. Ø Strong knowledge of GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD Map). Ø Familiarity with cadastral mapping, land records, and GPS/Total Station survey data. Ø Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
