Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families to provide information about our nursing programs, handling inquiries, managing follow-up calls, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves assisting with enrollment processes and building meaningful connections with clients to foster a positive experience with Genics Nursing. Qualifications Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in verbal and written English Customer-service orientation with the ability to build rapport over the phone Time management and organizational skills to effectively handle inquiries and maintain detailed records Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management tools Proactive listening and problem-solving skills to address client questions and concerns Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or communication are a plus
