Carry out Design reviews with Internally & With Supplier during development. Preferred candidate profile Should have experience working with Automotive OEM Knowledge of the automobile industry from a manufacturing standpoint. Knowledge of Audio and Multi Media Hardware and Software standpoint.

Role : Lead & manage Costing ,Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers. Supplier evaluation and preformance monitoring and embark specific supplier development activities. Manage yearly suppliers meet (event) and aligning with TMC requirements of suppliers. Key Activities: Develop purchasing & sourcing strategy and on-boarding new OE suppliers Handle all major issues related to purchasing & sourcing Expand OE suppliers, by sourcing and on-boarding new qualified suppliers, aloigned as per Mid-term & Long term Plan set by management Manage annual supplier award event & manage supplier performance evaluation program Effective communication on major purchasing and sourcing issues with internal and external stake holders Carryout the RFQs, Manage Product Costing & Cost Negotiations Run Supplier Development Progam in Co-ordination with other department Stake holders Implement the necessary corrective & preventing action to improve the process Conduct Performance Appraisal discussion with the subordinates, whenever applicable, through open discussion to establish employees development and Performance Awareness.
