Job Role: We are looking for a Sublimation Graphic Designer who has prior experience in any printing unit or a strong academic background in Fashion Designing / Textile Designing. Freshers with the right skills and willingness to learn are welcome. Key Responsibilities: Create and prepare designs for sublimation printing Work on jerseys, t-shirts, fabrics, and promotional products Understand print requirements such as color matching, sizing, and layouts Modify and adapt client artworks as per production needs Coordinate with the printing and production team for smooth execution Ensure designs are print-ready and error-free Required Skills Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop CorelDRAW Basic understanding of printing and fabric layouts (added advantage) Attention to detail and good color sense Eligibility Criteria Candidates who have worked previously in any printing unit (preferred) Graduates or diploma holders in Fashion Designing Textile Designing Graphic Designing Freshers with relevant education and software knowledge can apply Added Advantages Experience in sublimation printing Knowledge of sportswear or textile patterns Ability to work under deadlines What We Offer Hands-on exposure to real-time production work Opportunity to grow in the printing & textile industry Friendly and supportive work environment
