JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications, optimizing model performance, and integrating AI capabilities into business workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and foundation models.

2. Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and response generation.

3. Evaluate and integrate commercial and open-source language models based on accuracy, latency, cost, and business requirements.

4. Develop prompt engineering strategies, structured outputs, tool calling, and multi-step AI workflows.

5. Implement semantic search and vector database solutions.

6. Develop evaluation frameworks to measure response quality, relevance, factual accuracy, hallucinations, and robustness.

7. Optimize model inference, token consumption, latency, and operational costs.

8. Implement AI guardrails, input/output validation, security controls, and responsible AI practices.

9. Collaborate with software engineering, data science, and product teams to deploy and maintain AI solutions.

10. Monitor emerging technologies in LLMs, agentic AI, multimodal AI, and model evaluation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. 7–8 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related fields, including substantial hands-on Generative AI experience.

2. Strong programming skills in Python.

3. Experience working with LLMs, transformer architectures, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

4. Hands-on experience developing RAG-based applications.

5. Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent technologies.

6. Experience with commercial LLM APIs and/or open-source model deployment.

7. Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, Git, testing, and software development best practices.

8. Understanding of LLM evaluation, observability, security, and responsible AI principles.

9. Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience with fine-tuning, parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT), or model adaptation.

2. Knowledge of agentic workflows, tool use, and multimodal AI.

3. Experience with LLMOps, MLOps, CI/CD, containerization, and model monitoring.

4. Familiarity with GPU inference optimization and scalable AI architectures.

5. Ability to translate business requirements into measurable AI solutions.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
