Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end operations: contract manufacturing, QC, packing, labelling, dispatch, logistics
  • Own raw material procurement: direct manufacturer sourcing, rate negotiation, approved vendor list, stock planning
  • Track landed cost and margin per SKU
  • Manage client servicing, order calendars and collections
  • Lead the team (packing and labelling staff, food technologist)
  • Keep FSSAI, GST and labelling compliance in order
  • Send a weekly MIS and hold a monthly review with the founder
  • Bonus: new client development and BD

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in food or ingredient operations, supply chain or procurement, ideally with ownership of vendors or a P&L
  • Strong negotiation and costing skills
  • Comfortable running things with minimal supervision
