General Manager (Operation & Finance)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and proactive professional to manage our day-to-day business operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete end-to-end accounting functions, handling import-export documentation/logistics, and independently managing company operations in the absence of the business owner.

1. General Operations & Business Supervision:

​Oversee day-to-day office and business operations smoothly, acting as the primary point of contact in the owner's absence.

​Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and clients to ensure timely execution of business commitments.

​Address operational bottlenecks, make practical decisions on the ground, and report key updates directly to executive leadership.

​2. Full-Cycle Accounting & Financial Compliance:

​Supervise day-to-day accounting, book-keeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation in Tally/ERP.

​Oversee GST returns, TDS compliance, e-way bills, and banking operations (LCs, bank guarantees, forex remittances).

​Prepare periodic MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and profit & loss statements for management review.

​3. Import-Export (Exim) Management:

​Handle complete documentation for import/export shipments (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, etc.).

​Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and port authorities for smooth customs clearance and dispatch.

​Ensure regulatory compliance with DGFT, customs tariffs, AD Code, and export-import incentives/drawbacks where applicable.

Pay: ₹98,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
