Collect part list, BOM, Master samples, and test group (ERP) from engineering. Collect Stencil, Wave Pallet, jigs, and fixture list. PCB Assembly / SMT / MI / WSM Printer and Pick & Place Machine programming, setup settings, and related validation & verification. Reflow profile setting, verification, validation, and execution. 3D AOI Machine programming, setup setting, and related validation & fine-tuning. Pre-wave AOI programming, setup setting, and related validation & fine-tuning. WSM profile settings, verification, validation, and execution. Post-wave 2D AOI programming, setup setting, and related validation & fine-tuning. Laser Printing / Robotic Soldering Laser Machine programming, fixture setup, and related validation & printing verification w.r.t drawing. Robotic Machine programming, fixture setup, and related validation & verification. Team Management / Safety / 6S Ensure zero accidents in the work area. Provide CAPA for in-process / FQC / Customer Complaints. Attend and prepare data for daily/weekly/monthly meetings with stakeholders. Ensure 100% document receipt and maintenance. Timely completion of programs. Multi-skilling and planning for critical resources. Achieve the 6S score target for respective sections. What We’re Looking For Strong expertise in SMT programming, AOI, reflow profiling, robotic soldering, and laser marking. Hands-on experience with PCB assembly operations.
