Ltd. Genecia Global Delight Pvt. Ltd. is a premium confectionery brand, offering a wide range of chocolates, sweets, gifting hampers, and gourmet delight products across India. As the company continues to expand its national footprint, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, distribution expansion, and channel development. Job Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing the companys sales network across assigned regions, developing distributor and retail channels, driving revenue growth, and delivering strong market visibility for Genecias premium product range. The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG or food-industry sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Implement sales strategies to increase product penetration. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when needed. 2. Distributor & Channel Development Identify, evaluate and appoint distributors across the region. Manage channel partners: onboarding, pricing, margins, schemes. Strengthen retail network: confectionery stores, gourmet shops, supermarkets, gift stores, malls. 3. Retail & Modern Trade Growth Ensure product placement in premium food stores, gifting outlets, and modern trade chains. Create visibility through branding, display, and in-store promotions. 4. Corporate & Institutional Sales Build relationships with corporate gifting agencies, wedding planners, event companies, and hospitality groups. Handle bulk orders and festive sales campaigns. 5. Market Expansion & Strategy Identify new markets & opportunities for brand expansion. Track competitor activities and provide strategic input to management. Execute promotional campaigns, sampling, and seasonal product launches. 6. Team Leadership Recruit and train sales executives/representatives. Set targets, assign territories, and monitor performance. Provide continuous coaching and motivation to maximize productivity. 7. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Maintain distributor performance records and market insights. Update sales pipeline, field activity reports, and forecast demand. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred. 3–8 years’ experience in FMCG, food & beverages, or confectionery sales. Strong experience in distributor appointment and channel development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel frequently. Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages preferred).
