Role Summary As a Software Engineer (3D Content & Tools), you will design and develop core features of the NeoBIM Library. Your primary responsibility will be writing clean, efficient, and reusable TypeScript code to implement smart parametric geometry and logic behind BIM objects. Candidates with experience in CAD / 3D / BIM / Web development and strong proficiency in TypeScript programming will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain TypeScript modules for BIM object creation and geometry logic. Implement algorithms for 2D/3D geometry and object behaviour. Apply SOLID and DRY principles to ensure scalable and maintainable code. Create clear technical documentation and contribute to internal developer guides. Participate in code reviews and testing to maintain high engineering quality standards. Minimum Requirements (Must-Have) 2+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in TypeScript with solid OOP fundamentals. Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and logical problem-solving. Knowledge of OOP design principles (SOLID, DRY). Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with Three.js or math/geometry libraries. Interest in computational geometry, 3D programming, or parametric design.
