If you're passionate about recruiting talented IT professionals and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms to find qualified candidates for various SAP roles (SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, etc.) for US-based clients.Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and overall fit for SAP roles.Interview Coordination & NegotiationCandidate Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with SAP trends and technologies to understand the evolving needs of both clients and candidates in the IT recruitment space.SAP Knowledge: Solid understanding of various SAP modules (SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, etc.) and SAP-related certifications. The ability to assess candidates technical SAP skills is crucial.Visa Knowledge Strong knowledge of US work visas (H1B, L1, TN, etc.), visa sponsorship processes, and requirements for US-based positions.Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close candidatesTax Knowledge: Understanding of C2C, 1099, and W2 tax termsCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
