Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Lucknow. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, developing a curriculum tailored to the needs of young learners, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Daily tasks include facilitating learning activities, supervising and guiding children, promoting social and emotional development, and maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to effectively guide classroom instruction Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education concepts and principles Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues Experience or training in Kindergarten teaching Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
