The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (2-3 years) Strong understanding of the polymer industry and market trends Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
