Worst . Speed is good when it's will available. But maximum time no connection. It's It's pathetic for emergency work. Have no support team. If u today called them they will repair 2 days after. Am very shocked .

Most pathetic ISP in Visakhapatnam. The services get affected by slightest of rain, technical support is zero. Called them at least 150 times on four different numbers, but they do not believe in taking calls. AVOID!!!

Currently i am using there internet facility.. So i am sharing my views on their services. They never respond to your call or your messages. I have been to the other cities but this one here is bringing bad fame to the city name.

Their packages are good, but they have technicians to provide services and clear internet issues. It's been 5 days i dont have internet, but no one has sorted it. BEWARE OF IT
