● Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards. ● Deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge of QMS requirements and their responsibilities. ● Identify, assess, and monitor risks that could affect the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. ● Define quality objectives that support and align with the organization’s overall strategic direction. ● Monitor, measure, and report progress toward achieving quality objectives regularly. ● Design and implement risk mitigation plans to address potential threats to quality and compliance. ● Plan and conduct regular informal audits to verify QMS implementation and effectiveness across departments. ● Record audit findings, escalate issues to management, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented. ● Coordinate and lead management review meetings to assess QMS performance and drive strategic decision-making. ● Present data-driven insights from audits, customer feedback, and key process indicators to support continuous improvement efforts. ● Analyze performance trends and feedback to pinpoint improvement opportunities across processes and systems. ● Drive and lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen QMS effectiveness and overall operational excellence. ● Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging incremental process enhancements at all levels. ● Plan and facilitate Kaizen events targeting specific operational challenges or improvement areas. ● Train employees in 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to in still workplace discipline and organization. ● Manage the rollout of 5S across departments and conduct routine evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency. ● Managing teams like Calibration, Sample testers, Lab Assistants, and QC teams in all departments ● Drawing checking & Inspection ● Performing an inspection components on CMM/VMM ● Preparing PPAP, SPC, and FMEA Reports ● Company-level parameters presentation ● 8D preparation for customer complaints ● Preparation of Control plans, and MSA and also have a grip on Seven QC tools ● Kaizen implementations
